Job Details: Job roles include any / group of following activities.
- Monitor / supervise loading & unloading activity
- Quality checking
- Update the material information in software
- Track material (on line) from point to point and update customers
- Monitor escalation process of issues raised by customers
- Docket printing, bill generation
- MIS reports generation
- Customer interaction
- Resolve customer queries
