We have requirements for Alarm Montioring Engineers and need Freshers B.Sc (regular)(Maths / statistics / electronics passing out in / Passed in '08' or June '09' and should not have any course liability. Experienced candidates not required.
Alarm Montioring Engineers
The job description is:
Alarm Monitoring / Fault Management takes end-to-end responsibility for corrective maintenance of Network problems ensuring trouble tickets are actively managed until resolution to SLA & OLA
requirements:
Alarm Monitoring, Fault Localization / Correction / Verification*
Corrective Maintenance (centralized routines)*
Liaises with Customer Care organisations regarding Network outages
Liaises with subcontractors and 3rd parties to resolve faults
Liaises with other service providers regarding network outages
Supports end-end support, coordination and control of assigned Trouble Tickets
Supports Major service outage investigations and follow up
Ensures planned outages are carried out / rolled back in maintenance window
Ensures Operator Customer Care is fully updated for service affecting outages
Work Order Control (possible execution too) outside normal working hours.
Here are the details of what we would be offering :
1) Its a rotational shift job (everyone has to go through night shifts). As GNOC is 24*7 function.
2) Employees will be off-rolls, they would be on pay rolls of any of the vendors, but working with
NSN (GNOC - Global Network Operations Center), Noida only.
Salary Package - 1.2 lpa, 10 k per month
Job Location - Noida
Eligibility:
1) Only Freshers with B.Sc(regular)(Maths / statistics / electronics) with good academic background and good communications.
2) The candidates should have passed out in 2008 batch or passing out in May/June 2009.
3) Should be open to work in night shifts. At the time of technical/HR discussion, the candidate should not be surprised to know that this job involves night shifts as well.
