Job Role: IT Recruiter/ IT Recruiter
Candidate should have excellent command on English Language. Candidate will be working in Day Shift.
Handling End to End recruitment process. Understanding the Client requirements. Soucing, Screening, Shortlisting. Arranging interview schedules for shortlisting the candidates. Screening the resumes based on technical skills and communication skills Coordinating the interviews between the client and candidate to make the event successfully. Creating and maintaining effective and efficient database for resourcing. Negotiation for Compensation Packages. Solid Negotiation and Closing Techniques.
Walking Date : 17th -19th January at 10:00 AM – 02:00 PM
