Job Summary :
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 1 year of software engineering or related experience.
Weare seeking bright individuals with proven track records to drive thedevelopment of Oracle Fusion Applications. We run the world\'s largestenterprises and are looking for leaders to expand it into new areas andmarkets. We want leaders who would design our next generation applicationsadopting the best software engineering practices and technology.
Computer Science or Engineering background
Strong programming experience in Java, J2EE, J2ME XML, ADF, SOA, Webservices, BPEL.
Knowledge of Software Engineering and complete life-cycle product developmentwith focus on quality.
Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals including algorithms,data structures, distributed computing, databases, and system concepts.
Excellent knowledge of design patterns, OO, ER modeling, and UML
Excellent programming skills
Ability to understand business concepts and processes is a requisite
Successful track record showing excellence and creativity
Specific emphasis on candidates with ALM knowledge
Experience working on projects using Agile/Scrum process will be an addedadvantage
Excellent communication skills
