Job Role: Management Trainee
The candidate should be a graduate in any stream with a flair for HR activities or MBA (HR) degree.
Should have good coordination skills and communication skills and good attention to details.
Must possess good analytical and logical skills
Should have proficiency in MS Office [Typing speed of 30 w.p.m.]
Good communication skills [Both Written and Verbal]
The Management Trainee will be preparing relevant letters / documents and certificates, as per employee request, in consultation with the management.
Escalating employee grievances / queries to the reporting manager.
Maintaining / Updating employee tracker.
Assisting in various employee welfare / fun activities and initiatives and encouraging participation.
Handling end to end PACE forms.
Updating all the relevant trackers for new joinees.
