Walk-In For Technical Support Officer From 8th April to 12th April, 2013 @ Chennai I Role : Associate/Senior Associate -(NonTechnical)
Role’s and Responsibilities: 1. Configuration of Customers equipment to connect to the Internet via modem/DSL Router (Dialup/DSL customers only). 2. Configure software to connect to Internet application servers. 3. Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in Customer computer systems.
Education: Any Graduate/Under Graduate/Post Graduate/Diploma/Graduates with arrears//2013 – Those who have finished their final year exams
Experience : 1 to 3 Years/ Fresher’s
Expectations: Excellent communication skills in English. Willingness to work in Rotational shift. Willingness to work in a BPO. Immediate joiners 2013 – Only those who have completed their exams and can join immediately can attend the interview
