Job Role: Technical Support Engineer
The candidate should possess B.E / B.Tech,MCA Any Graduate (10+2+3), Any Post Graduates, Diploma Holders (10+2+3) with an aggregate of 55% Marks.
Fluency in communications skills (written & oral).
2011 / 2012 Passouts without experience can also attend.
Candidates shouldn\'t have any backlog at the time of IBM process.
Candidate should have good knowledge on Computer Hardware and Networking concepts.
Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP configuration options and troubleshooting.
Proficient in network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN.
Selection Process:
Written Test. Group Discussion. Technical Interview. HR Interview.
