Represent Study Overseas at various Educational Exhibitions, Fairs, Seminars and conferences individually & many a times along with our marketing officer visited various educational institutions (schools & colleges). Coordinating via emails & calls with various Universities International Office and Respective Departments for Offer Letters, Scholarship information and accommodations and liaising with the students with timely information updates. Respond to student\'s query through email, in person, telephone enquiries or through other means and help them clarifying their doubts. Advising potential students on education opportunities in the UK. Advising students on application procedures, visa applications, applying for scholarships, accommodation and preparing students for their studies in the UK. Assisting students with how to maintain funds from filing student visa, setting their visa appointments, preparing their visa files & if required also preparing students for student visa interviews too. Handling University visits & delegates from the UK. Assisting with activities to promote UK Universities represented by the Company & education system. Maintaining accurate database, ledger and computer records of students counseled and applications sent to the UK (updating Database). Liaising with students, other offices and client institutions. Doing internet research on options, University details and any updates from UK to keep the knowledge base updated. Reporting to the Location Incharge .
