Air India is India\'s national flag carrier. Tata, the father of Civil Aviation in India and founder of Air India, took off from Drigh Road Airport, Karachi, in a tiny, light single-engined de Havilland Puss Moth on his flight to Mumbai (then known as Bombay) via Ahmedabad.

Customer Agent:
Graduate in any discipline (minimum 3 years, duration)from a recognized University with ability to speak fluent English and local language and conversant with basic computer operations. Knowledge of Hindi language viz. ability to understand and speak, is desirable
Ramp Service Agent / Ramp Service Agent (Lower Grade):
The candidate should possess 3 years’ Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production / Electronics / Automobile Engineering recognized by the State Government. (OR) The candidate should possess ITI with NCTVT (total 3 years) in Motor Vehicle / Auto Electrical / Air Conditioning / Diesel Mechanic / Bench Fitter and Welder (ITI with NCTVT (certificate issued from Directorate of Vocational Education & Training of any State Government with one year experience), after passing SSC / equivalent examination with English and Local language, as one of the subjects.
