The ideal candidate has the ability to analyze and solve complex problems, have good communication skills, and teamwork. Must have good communication skills in English. Must have good typing speed. At least 30 words per minute. Must be willing to work in night shifts. Must be able to join immediately.

Responsibilities: Provide customer support via email, contacts and web-based channels. Provide professional client communication and timely updates regarding the process. Fully track, manage and document all activities related to the process. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the process and realize the update. Perform other duties assigned.
