Assisting and supporting the management by meeting and communicating with visitors, prospective parents, general public and others.

 

Should be able to give all the information of all the courses available and also guide them to the students to choose the right one.

 

Undertaking most responsibilities generally expected of the front office/ marketing and admission staff.

 

Keeping movement registers and maintaining other records (visitors records, enquiry records etc) as required

 

Screening visitors and organizing appointment schedules.

 

Establishing contacts with interested parents, prospective parents etc,

 

Following up enquires and concerns.

 

Converting admission-visits to informed admissions i.e. should be able to convert walk- ins into sales.

 

Should meet targets in given time frame.

 

Carrying out any other duties as assigned.
