Team Member is responsible for Documentation and ongoing task management Timely and accurate service delivery Communication: client team touch base Client specific metrics and reporting Working with team and managers to identify issues, opportunities for improvement and implement solutions Performing rule based transactions and simple calculations
0-2 years of experience (voice and non voice) Previous benefits and calculations knowledge highly desirable Only Graduates need to apply (BA / BCom / BBA / BHM / BSC / BCA) No Full time MCA / MBA / BTech / B Ed Ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively with stakeholders Open to work in rotational shifts 24 * 5 Working knowledge of Computers
