Unit Sales Manager - MBA Freshers (Walk In)
1.Business generation in assigned territory through business channels
2.Develop new sourcing streams by adding channels/ products
3.Maximize own share of business in the channel
4.Support business sourcing by coordinating regular training programs
5.Ensure adherence to defined processes
6.Evolve, drive and manage sales promotional activities
7.Maintain positive business generation and ensuring portfolio profitability in the territories assigned
8.Provide constant feedback on company's products and market intelligence
9.Reporting into the Sales Manager/ASM
1. Looking for MBA's freshers who have a flair in doing sales in the General Insurance Industry.

4. Candidates with prior sales experience would have an added advantage.
