Manage the Sourcing, Interviews and Hiring activities for all Entry level positions.
Sourcing / Headhunting through Job Portals / Social Networking, vendors and campus placement.
End to End Recruitment.
Scheduling interviews & follow-up with Candidates.
Ensure that all the documentation (i.e. Job Description, Specifications, General Information, Tracking and Applicant flow) is complete for all open positions.
Develop and Maintain an efficient Electronic Sourcing Mechanism for all Recruitment Positions.
Maintain and Exceed the defined recruiting SLAs.
Excellent written & verbal communication.
Quick learner and Strongly Motivated
Basic knowledge on Computers, Internet & social media.
Should be aware of Technical terms & Technologies.
Aggressive & Passionate towards work.
Flexible and adaptable.
Open to Travel Pan India for Recruitment
