Management Trainee (Technical) Applicants must complete full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology in the disciplines of CHEMICAL / CIVIL / ELECTRICAL / ELECTRONICS / INSTRUMENTATION /INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING / MECHANICAL / METALLURGY from a University/Institute recognized
Management Trainee (Finance & Accounts) Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 60% of marks in aggregate of all years/ semesters (50% in aggregate for SC/ST/PWD candidates) from a recognized University. Should have passed final examination of ICAI or ICWAI
Management Trainee (HR & Welfare) Full time Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 60% of marks in aggregate of all years/ semesters (50% in aggregate for SC/ST/PWD candidates) from a recognized University. Should have passed Full time MA(HRM) / Post Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Welfare / Industrial Relations & Personnel Management of not less than 2 years duration from a recognized University/Institute
Management Trainee (Corporate Communications) Full time Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 60% of marks in aggregate of all years/ semesters from a recognized University/Institute. Should have passed Full time Post Graduate Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication /Advertising / Journalism / Public Relations of not less than 2 years duration with minimum 60% of marks in the aggregate of all years/semesters from a recognized university / institute

Age Limit : Born not earlier than 1st February,1986. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (non-creamy layer) and 10 years for PWD candidates.
Pay scale : 20,600/-
Selection Process : Selection process will be basis of Written Test followed by Group Discussion/ Interview.
Application fees : GEN/OBC applicants need to pay Rs.500 and ST/SC/PWD applicants need to pay Rs.50 pay in the form challan/pay-in-slip, Fee must be deposited in “RINL/VSP Recruitment Account No. 30589461220” at any of the Core Banking Branches of State Bank of India (SBI) and Applicants have to pay bank commission @25/- per Challan for depositing fee at other than SBI,Steel Plant Branch, Visakhapatnam (Code 6318).
