Awareness of basic networking concepts and technologies.
Having knowledge of Windows 2003, XP and Linux.
Having knowledge of network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Ethernet, LAN/WAN.
Having knowledge and understanding of Help desk
Good communication skills
Any Graduate with minimum of 0-1 year relevant exp.
Should have excellent communication skills.
Should have knowledge on computers.
Fresher also will be considered if found suitable.
