The selected candidate will develops new software engineering methods or processes, re-evaluate existing processes. Will work on the overall design and development of new ideas and products, and develops project plans. Duties may include research, evaluation, development and application of new process and methods into products. The selected candidate may be responsible for establishing and conducting testing routines, developing or executing project plans, and contributing to budgets and schedules. Need to understand and adheres to cost targets established during the program design phase.
The candidate should have completed B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA degree from any recognized university. Should have good Communication skills and verbal ability. Should have the ability to do multi- tasking and have the ability to work in a team environment. Should have the knowledge of job associated database/software/documentation. Should have the ability to influence others to achieve results. Should possess general knowledge and application of engineering concepts.
