Job Role Facilities Associate

The Facilities Building Associate performs a variety of day-to-day facilities and security functions to support the company’s sites. This position is responsible for identifying and responding to security requests, maintaining the badge access process, and performing multiple facility services including break room stocking and internal mail runs.
Required Skills/Abilities : Minimum 1-2 years experience in a Facilities related position Electrical engineering degree or diploma will have added advantage. Ability to work a flexible schedule which may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays Must be able to handle all electro-mechanical requirements of a facility. Must possess good knowledge of HVAC and its maintenance Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management Must have excellent communications skills, organizational skills, and follow up skills Must be a self starter and follow up on tasks plus be able to work independently while multi-tasking.
