Job Role International Voice Process

Candidate needs to take Inbound NRI calls. Needs to understand & solve the queries of the NRI customers. Should be Customer Oriented. Any HSC + 1 Year BPO Exp. or 2 Years of Non BPO Exp./ Graduate Fresher Should have Excellent Communication Skills with Basic Computer Knowledge. For Male: Rotational Shifts. For Female: Rotational Shifts (Till 11:30PM)Home drop will be provided. Salary + Monthly incentives( Depending on Performance & Quaity).
