Job Role Associate Business Analyst

As an Associate in Managed Operations, you will work as a member of our Managed Services organization to provide process expertise in the administration of configured Sales Compensation Management (SCM) solutions for Global 2000 companies.
Associates are responsible for working as part of a customer-focused project team using Synygy’s software solutions to verify accuracy of data and reports and assist in managing the production of routine and ad hoc deliverables for clients globally.
Responsibilities:
1. Follow plan management procedures and checklists for SSAE 16 compliance and assist in creating new data verification procedures and checklists for projects when needed 2. Monitor successful completion of processing tasks 3. Verify the accuracy of data, calculations, and the content and format of reports and other deliverables 4. Troubleshoot and resolve processing issues or problems uncovered in data and reports, document root cause, and identify preventative measures to mitigate against a future occurrence of an issue 5. Alert all team members to problems and potential solutions 6. Participate in process management conference calls and on-site meetings with client, and provide additional support for client issues or questions when needed 7. Provide payroll analysis or a summary of the results of payroll validations to assist client in payroll approval 8. Complete postmortem reviews and participate in review meetings after each payment processing cycle
Prerequisites :
1. Minimum one year experience in management consulting or other work providing professional services to Global 2000 companies preferred 2. Experience using Excel for data analysis and using Microsoft Office preferred 3. Very strong detail orientation and strong analytical skills 4. Strong oral and written communication skills 5. High level of team orientation 6. Knowledge of database theory 7. Graduate degree Note: Submit Your Resume |
