Executive - Recruitment
* Sourcing candidates for job requirements in different verticals using unique methods
* Constantly interact with candidates and follow-up till the candidate joins
* Constantly interact with candidates and generate referrences for different skill skets
* Pre-offer & post-offer follow-ups
Any Graduate (preferably PG's) Excellent English communication skills (Both written / verbal)
Experience in recruitment in a consulting industry will be preferred
Mentoring skills (preferable)
