We have immediate opening for HR Consultants / Sr. HR Consultants / TL.

- Searching resumes from the job portals like Naukri, Times Jobs, Monster Etc & Company DataBank
- Scrutinizing the Resumes as per the requirements of the Clients.
- Making calls to the Candidates and discuss the requirement.
- Screening the candidates on telephone.
- Forwarding the resumes to the client.
- Getting shortlisted feedback from clients.
- Scheduling candidate’s interview with the client.
- Keeping track of the complete placement cycle from 1st round of interview to joining
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent Communication skills

- Experience into hard core recruitment.
- Should be well versed with the Indian Economy, Industry news, Business updates etc...
- Aware of Head hunting techniques.
