Key Skills: Excellent Communication skills, Good attitude, Technical Aptitude & looking forward to Networking as a career path.
Skills Required:
• Willing to work in 24*7 Support (Night Shifts) &Voice based technical support.
• Knowledge of CISCO product will be an added advantage.
Soft Skills: Good communication written as well as verbal.
Interacting with customers, understanding their needs and helping them by providing technical support to Customer by remotely accessing their networks & troubleshooting the queries working on all CISCO products
