Candidates applying for this need to have less than 30 months of work experience in International Call centers.
Educational Qualification:
PUC with 2yrs of experience or 1 yr of Internationl call center.
Degree : Fresher/work experience with less than 30 months with a Call center.
Candidates applying should have their work experience and educational qualifications marks sheet in original with them.
Engineering graduates need not apply.
The ideal candidate will support customers on basic Tech issues and would be responsible for upselling Dell products to Dell customers.
Primary role would be to upsell Dell products.
Skills:
Excellent command in English language is a must.
Candidates from Customer Service and Sales background with call centers would find this job very challenging.
