Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs)
Job Description :
To support and maintain world class processes and equipments for manufacturing of Stainless Steel. With state of the art Processes and technology , a Graduate Engineer Trainee would have hands on exposure and learning opportunities in the areas of Ferro Alloys, Coke Oven, Power Plant, Steel Melting, Hot Rolling & Cold Rolling. This would be a one year structured training on core operations and maintenance along with orientation to Quality Management Systems , Environment , Health and Safety Systems. On successful completion of training absorption will be in the management grade in the areas Operations, Quality and Maintenance, at any of the plant locations
Desired Profile :
Fresh Graduate Engineer Trainees
2008 or 2009 pass out Graduate Engineer’s (BE, B Tech, Bsc-Engg) from NITs or Govt. Engineering Colleges having excellent academic credentials with specialisation in Metallurgy / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation & Control / Civil Engineering , having secured minimum 70 % marks throughout the academic career (10th , 12th and Graduation).
Lateral Hire Graduate Engineer Trainees
Graduate Engineers of batch 2008 and previous having 1 -3 years of relevant experience in Steel /Power / Ferro – alloys / Cements and Non-Ferrous industry having secured minimum 70 % marks throughout the academic career ( 10th, 12th and Graduation), will be considered through lateral induction in 'Associate Manager' Grade.
