* Should be proficient in handling Job Boards
* Should recruit candidates through passive search.
* Must handle IT/ITES requirements.
* Should handle walk-in interviews.
* Prescreening resumes, telephonic interviews.
* Should involve in Job posting through portal, newsprints, social network sites and e-groups.
* Should manage database effectively.
* Frequent client meeting.
* Should skillfully source prospective candidates through references, networking and head hunting.
* Should establish a health relationship with the clients.
* Strictly adhere to the SLA.
Prerequisites:
* Only Male having 0-1 yr of experience.
* Must be a graduate/Post graduate.
* Should have the passion to excel in recruitment.
* Should have the ability to handle pressure.
* Must have an effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Should be proficient in MS Office.
