Pay Scale : Assistant Professor : Rs. 15,600 - 39,100/- (PB-3) plus Academic Grade Pay of Rs. 6,000/-
The above pay bands carry other allowances admissible as per Government of India rules.
Educational Qualification :
Assistant Professor (Computer Science & Engineering) :
M. Tech. / ME / Ph.D. in Computer Science / Information Technology.
MCA with very good academic record shall also be considered.
Assistant Professor (Physics) :
Good academic record with at least 50% of the marks or an equivalent grade at the Master’s degree level, in the relevant subject from an Indian University, or, an equivalent degree from a foreign University.
*Besides fulfilling the above qualifications, candidates should have cleared the NET for Lecturers conducted by UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC.
