Recruitment For Associate
As an associate the incumbent would be responsible for working with clients of ranging from investment banks, mutual fund houses, boutique firms, hedge funds and private equity firms globally. Financial modeling, news compilation, writing research summaries, statistical analysis, earnings updates, etc.are some of the specific areas that could be covered by associates.

Experience level: 0-1 years
Qualifications:
• US CFA Candidates (Level 1)
• Candidates who have completed the CA course (from a Big-4 firm preferably), MBA & Masters in Finance/Investment
Skills required:
• Good financial acumen and numbers skills - Forecasting financial information
• Awareness of US-GAAP/IFRS standards
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good summary writing skills
• Ability to comprehend data (both qualitative & quantitative)
• Expert-level specialization of Japanese or any European languages would be an advantage
