Requirements :
* Any Graduate with a strong academic performance is eligible
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with additional knowledge of other foreign languages or dialects being an added bonus
* Distinctive problem solving and analytical capabilities
* Excellent knowledge of market research/world geography/general knowledge/keen understanding of current affairs
* Should be customer-service oriented, self-directed, motivated and a driven performer
* Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work in a fast-changing environment
* Ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks
Responsibilities :
* Visually review images/content and complete specific feature tasks using internally developed computer applications
* Launch computer tools and capture data with high accuracy
* Collaborate with a global team to help build User Help Center documentation/content
* Making decisions in ambiguous situations and apply judgment prudently
* Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the software interface of the tool
* Optimize existing processes and provide ongoing feedback on tools and processes
* Interpret customer feedback, monitor satisfaction and help drive programs to improve individual and team performance
