Technical Recruiter
* Able to understand the job description.
* Search the desired profile using own/available database, job boards and/or social networking sites.
* Interview, qualify, and engage IT professionals.
* Submit maching resumes and able to coordinate at every level with the candidates to the level to get the candidates hired.
* Maintain good relations with consultants and vendors.
* Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
* Excellent negotiation skills.
* Candidates having technical background - BE/B.Tech and/or MBA will be preferred.
You will be responsible for sourcing candidates using a variety of methods including Internet sourcing, cold calling, candidate referrals, etc. In addition, you will also be responsible for the identification, qualification, matching, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates before presenting to our clients.
