HR Trainee/ Fresher
The selected candidate would be trained by us on all activities in the HR Generalist profile.
- Must possess Excellent Academic, Co-Curricular and Extra Curricular Credentials with excellent communication skills. (Must preferably hold an MBA Degree/Equivalent in HR. However, this is not mandatory and can be relaxed if the person is very good)
- Should be a Highly energetic and enthusiastic person.
- Expected to join immediately.
- If the candidate is selected and accepts our offer, she should be willing to execute a written agreement to work with us for at least One year from the Date of joining. Candidates who are not comfortable to give us this commitment in writing need not apply.
Compensation :- No stipend for initial 3-6 months. Later she would be entitled for a stipend of 5k per month to start with. Based on the performance she would be absorbed as a permanent employee of Outworks.
