Walk in Freshers --- Accounts Executive
Dear Candidate
We have an excellent opening for Freshers(accounts)in our company. Walk in to our office if you possess the below mentioned qualifications.
Position: Accounts Executive
Location: Chennai.
Qualification: BBA or Bcom (Freshers with good accounting skills are most welcome)
walk in time :9am to 3 pm
performance.
Candidates are required to have good accounting skills, computer proficiency (MS Excel)Typing skills.
Should be flexible for shifts. (Since the candidate need to handle U.S. clients)
Should be very good in communication.
Salary : 80000 -85000 C.t.C. per annum
Effectively manage the accounts payable function:
Ensure paperwork is entered in a timely manner – including purchase orders.
Ensure major creditor accounts are reconciled and that payment is made according to these reconciliations.
Ensure payments are allocated in a timely manner to facilitate bank reconciliation.Identify any time consuming bottlenecks and recommend improvement processes.
