Field Service Engineers


Purpose: To establish and operationalise service network and quality information service WITHIN YMI and department operating guidelines WITH THE OBJECTIVE of providing high quality and wider coverage of customer service

Accountability:


1. Monitor and maintain service workshop network with adequate coverage, good infrastructure and high quality service IN ORDER TO improve customer service and shop service quality

2. Handle and settle customer claims and complaints with dealer IN ORDER TO ensure customer complaints are resolved efficiently

3. Organize service event/activities at target area through synergy of 3S IN ORDER TO maximizes effectiveness and improve customer retention of dealers

4. Evaluate customer service through onsite information and CS data analysis and execute improvement program to Dealers IN ORDER TO improve CSI

5. Visit and identify areas of training/education and deliver training to the required dealer workshop IN ORDER TO equip and develop adequate technical and customer service capabilities among the service team

6. Provide quality market information related to customer service IN ORDER TO support CS data analysis and development of milestone to achieve CS no.1 within the industry and improve sales and brand image


Education: Graduate, preferably with a technical diploma

Job Experience:
0-2 years experience in customer relations

Knowledge and skill:
Good communication and networking skills
