We have been providing custom design and application development to clients in the USA, UK, Australia and around the world since 2000. Our team of more than 150 designers and developers are experts in creating user-focused designs including Web 2.0 apps, iPhone apps and other rich internet applications.

XHTML/UI Designer

1. Knowledge of user interface design principles and web design best practices/standards (W3C).
2. Candidate should have a firm grasp on online design/multimedia fundamentals and the latest software especially Photoshop, Flash and Illustrator/CorelDRAW.
3. Knowledge of (X)HTML.
4. Knowledge of CSS (Cascading Style sheets).
5. Working Experience and knowledge of Photoshop.
6. Good knowledge of ancillary software like Premiere, After-Effects, etc. is desired.
7. JavaScript coding abilities are desired but not a requirement.
8. Understanding of Search Engine Optimization techniques is desired but not a requirement.
9. Good Communication skills.

1. Work with Designers to implement design with (X)HTML/CSS mark up and test it on multiple browsers.
2. Work with developers to help integrate the HTML with back end code.
3. Maintain existing (X)HTML/CSS code.
4. Do basic JavaScript coding.
5. Utilise skills and creativity to come up with new, and innovative designs for websites, landing pages, micro sites, banner ads, etc.
