Experience Less than 2 yrs in Mainframe ( Mainframe trained is also ok)

Qualifications: Mainframe Experience : 0-2 years( Training is also ok)
1. Technical - Cobol, CICS, JCL, VSAM
2. Soft skills - Good verbal and written communication skills
3. Mainframe training and education from a reputed institution
Expectations -
1. Understand program specification and prepare pseudo code/flowchart
2. Ability to code and unit test batch (Cobol) and online programs (CICS)
3. Ability to debug abends/program errors
4. Prepare unit test plan, test programs as per plan and prepare unit test results
5. Ability to create JCL's to execute programs
6. Understanding of mainframe utilities
