Software Developer - Freshers

Our clients have an immediate requirement of more than 45 developers with a knowledge of C#, ASP .Net, Java/J2EE.

On behalf of them, we conduct the initial screening process (Registration fee: Rs. 100) which comprises of the following steps:

1. Aptitude and Verbal Test (2 hours: 10:30 am or 2:30 pm): Candidates who successfully clear this test can appear for our Technological Exam.
2. Technological Exam (MCQ Format): Candidates who clear this round will be invited for a personal interview.
3. Personal Interview

Depending on your performance in the initial screening, we will place you either on a permanent OR on a 4-month probationary basis in our client companies. Candidates requiring additional training will be counselled further for further training programs at ACT.

• Graduates who are looking to sculpt a meaningful career in the IT industry
• Graduates of B.E/B.Tech (Computer, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical) or MCA/MCM/MSc. Computers
• Professionals with 0-24 months of work experience
