Process Consultant - Freshers'
This job is meant to provide business consultancy to the customers. However during the 1 year training period, the candidates shall be working as Service Assurance resource.
After the training period, depending on performance, candidates shall be elevated to process consultant
Candidates shall be trained on CRM best practices & our product. They shall be trained to work with the customers to help them plan & execute CRM strategies. For this they shall constantly interact with customers with people across departments, including top management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Understanding of CRM
2. Be able to study and understand client processes
3. Engage in client deliveries by being part of the implementation team.
4. Customsation and configuration of product to meet customer requirement
5. Create test cases and test deliveries
6. Closely work with internal teams to meet client deliverables
7. Solution consultants to client problems, key pain areas
8. Constantly working with clients and providing support post implementation
1. Strong communication & written skills
2. Problem solving and analytical skills
3. Capability to work in team with people of varying skills
4. MCA/B.E/B.Tech / M.Sc (Computers) (Academic Performance above 60%)
