CSR - Human Resource



Talent Acquisition

1) To check the validity & completeness of all documents & back papers for APL generation before forwarding to ER Hub
2) Maintenance of a CV bank for recruitment needs
3) Adhoc reports / MIS (as per TA team, etc)
4) Create a pool of CV for Vacant Positions.

HR Operations

1) Verifying completeness of all details/documents in JIR
2) Following up on bank account creation and PAN submission
3) To follow a similar process while forwarding CSR papers. TAT of 48 hours to be maintained
4) To follow up with all offices for exit reports after receiving exit intimation
5) To ensure the completeness in details and supporting documents in an exit report
6) Handle basic issues relating to salary, full & final settlement, PF withdrawal and escalation to State HR Exe as appropriate
7) Scrutinize all relocation claims received before forwarding to State HR Manager.

Employee Engagement & grievance management

1) To resolve basic employee grievances as the first point of contact with lowest TATand escalate wherever necessary to State HR Manager
2) To maintain high standards of service levels while resolving queries from employees
3) To ensure all queries are responded courteously and status updates provided
4) To drive the birthday alarm or similar initiative across the state

PMS

To support the State HR Exe and Manager in superior-review updation. Target setting and timely completion of appraisals by follow up

Learning & Development
1) Co ordination for induction (Sales & Non sales)
2) To support State HR in driving eLearning across the state for all off roll employees
3) To collate nominations for DISCOVER Programmes.
4) To maintain a copy (hard or soft) of all attendance & feedback forms of Parichay, Discover, Enlighten


Good communication,
Basic Computer knowledge.
Post-Graduate Degree in HRM (Preferably a reputed B-school) with 0 –2 years experience in a
progressive and dynamic work environment, preferably localized from Jalandhar.
