Recruitment of Management Trainee, Operator and Dredge Grade Cadets
Dredging Corporation of India Limited, a Schedule "B" Company in the status of "Mini-Ratna" Public Sector Enterprise Category-I and a successful Domestic & Global Player in the field of Dredging, requires suitable personnel for the following posts:
1. Management Trainee (Contracts/ Hydrographic Survey & Soil Investigation)- 4 posts (1-SC, 1-OBC, 1-PH, & 1-UR)
Qualifications : 1st Class B.E./ B.Tech. (Civil Engg.) (Full time).
Desirable: Post Graduation in Soil Mechanics or Post Graduation in Marine Structures or Post Graduation in Geo-Technical Engineering.
2. Management Trainee (Finance) : 1 post (SC)
Qualifications: Pass in Final Examination of CA/ ICWA.
3. Management Trainee (Marketing) : 2 posts (1-SC, 1-ST)
Qualification: 1st Class Engineering Graduate in Civil/ Mech.Engg.. Preference will be given to candidates having additional qualification in Management Studies from reputed institutions.
(In case of Management Trainees, the applicants should mention percentage of marks / equivalent percentage of marks in case awarded in CGPA/OGPA/CPI pattern with supporting documents)
Age: 28 years and below as on 30.04.10. Age limit relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates as per Government Rules.
Training Period: Twelve Months.
Stipend: Rs.15,000/- per month during the training period.
Bond: Selected candidates will have to execute a Bond for Rs.1.00 Lakh (Rupees one lakh only)
4. Operator : 9 Posts
Scale of Pay : Rs.6000-190-6760-200-11560 (Revision due w.e.f. 01-01-207
Age: 25 years. Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering. Initially to induct as Trainee Operators to undergo 6 months training as per the training programme designed by the Management and thereafter to absorb them as Operators, in the above scale of pay to work on Dredge Back Hoe.
5. Dredge Grade Cadets - 15 Posts
Qualification : Should have completed pre-sea IGNOU-DGS Cadet training of one year.
Age : Should not be less than 18 years and not more than 23 years as on the date of advertisement.
Stipend: Rs.10,000/- p.m. will be paid as stipend during the first 12 months on board training . For balance period, stipend will be @ Rs.15,000/- p.m.
