Description: Work directly with product and project managers as part of a cross-departmental development team.
- Evaluate designs and specifications for: Conformity to standards, Consistency with existing products, Utility to the intended markets, Functionality, Best use of existing internal systems and programs.
- Create test plan, writes and implements test script.
- Make product release recommendations.
- Provide testing reports and metrics.
- Has primary responsibility for implementing product standards.
- Identify and investigate problems encountered through the testing process.
- Administer Tracker database, or work with product owners to ensure that quality
- Performance standards are being supported and maintained.
- Provide resource estimates and timelines for other departments as requested.
- Monitor Tracker and e-mail reports of errors in assigned products.
- System Support: Build, and troubleshoot new Westlaw features and functionality
