Responsible for conducting and coordinating recruitment from various sources (on campus, off campus, approaching NGO’s etc). Conducting Initial round of screening resumes, conducting interviews, and simultaneously ensuring cultural fitment of the candidate. Maintaining various MIS report on regular basis with respect to recruitment, candidate mapping etc. Joining formalities and induction co ordination – introducing the new joiner with the organization’s functioning, culture and values.
