Software Engineer- CAE
Only M.Techs, Ph.Ds from the premier Institutes are eligible to apply for below positions
Position 1: Software Engineer - CAE ( COMSOL Multiphysics )
You will be involved in testing of various FEM Based Softwares including COMSOL Multiphysics.
You will be doing mainly the Black-Box Testing of such softwares.
Black-Box Testing: you are not exposed to the code underneath the software.
Key Skills Required:
1. Strong in FEM / FEA.
2. Strong in CFD & Thermal Engineering.
3. Must have used any of the FEA softwares (Ansys, Fluent )
4. Candidate should have strong fundamentals to understand the underlying physics so that sound modeling of problems in these physics is possible.
5.Responsible for: Ensuring the correctness of results produced by the software, general OK working of the software, GUI, building tutorial models exhibiting the accuracy of the software.
Position 2: Software Engineer – CAE ( AmeSim / Dymola )
1. He should have Experience on 1-D system level Simulation tools like Dymola/AMESim/SimulationX/GT Power/Matlab-Simulink (Preferably on Dymola).
2. He Should have good knowledge on system level simulation on various libraries like Hydraulics, Pneumatics ,Thermal, Air conditioning,signal and and Mechanical..etc.
3. Testing of 1D simulation software.
4. Involved in reporting bugs and following them up with the developer until they are fixed and writing testplans testcases.
5. Responsible for communicating with the client.
Position 3: Software Engineer - CAE( Optimization -Testing )
1. Background of Mechanical Engineering
2. Sound knowledge of Optimization fundamentals
3. Parametric studies
4. Design of Experiments (DOE)
5. Response Surface Modeling (RSM)
6. Gradient and non-gradient based optimization
7. Design results visualization
8. Will work on testing of softwares dealing with optimization
Position 4: Software Engineer - CAE ( Optimization - Development )
1. Experience in development of Optimization Algorithms
2. Background of Mechanical Engineering
3. Sound knowledge of Optimization fundamentals, Parametric studies, Design of Experiments (DOE).
4. Response Surface Modeling (RSM)
5. Gradient and non-gradient based optimization
6. Design results visualization
7. Programming skills: C, C++, C sharp, Java, Visual Studio, .Net
8. Candidate will be involved in development of Optimization Algorithms
Position 5: Software Engineer - CAE ( NVH )
1. Strong in Mechanical/Automobile Fundamentals.
2. Strong Fundamentals of Finite Element Method and Boundary Element Method
3. Good knowledge of Structural Dynamics, NVH and Acoustics analysis
4. Knowledge of ANSYS, NASTRAN or SYSNOISE, ADAMS
5. Knowledge of Optimization.
6. Engineer will be involved in testing of the softwares dealing with Noise and
7. Vibration analysis, Acoustic analysis.
8. Involved in creation of testcases and testplans.
9. Responsibility will also include creation and review of bug reports.
