Our services are used by the top 10 global investment banks and 95 of the top 100 asset managers As a FactSet Consultant, you will be given immediate responsibility, working directly on exciting and challenging projects and delivering business solutions to our clients You will offer support in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to: Answering day to day client queries and providing creative solutions through our helpdesk Working on large scale and innovative projects that optimise our clients’ workflows, within tight deadlines Visiting clients in their offices to provide on-site consultation and training Training clients at their desks, one to one, as well as in groups Proactively managing a group of accounts assigned to you, ensuring that the relationship is healthy and that clients are getting the most out of the system As you can see, we expect a lot from our Consultants, but in return we offer exceptional ongoing training and support. You will begin your career with 5 weeks of intensive training in our London office, giving you an insight into our products, our clients and the financial markets.
