•IT Infra Services Technologies
•Supporting Cognizant clients on trouble shooting issues relating to software, hardware & networking
•Understanding problems and providing remote technical resolutions
•Coordinate on tracking status, providing updates & resolution confirmation
Eligibility :
•BSC – Computer Science/ Computer Technology/Maths/ Statistics/IT / Electronics / Industrial Electronics and BCA
