Job Title: Claims Analyst
Job Purpose and Background/context:
The position of Claims Analyst (Voice) will be part of a Recoveries team for following up with Renters, claimants and Insurance companies.
Purpose of follow up is to recover on damages to ABG-Rented vehicles.
Job involves follow up via calls, emails and faxes.
Key Responsibilities:
Purpose of follow up is to recover on damages to ABG-Rented vehicles. Job involves follow up via calls, emails and faxes.
Person Specification :
Knowledge/Experience: At least one year of US-based call center experience, with good awareness of time zones and US geography and names of all states and all large cities.
Competencies/Skills:
Typing Speed at least 30wpm.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Outlook along with internet skills.
Qualifications:
Bachlore of Degree any graduation (12+3)
Under Graduation are eligible
Desirable: Computer Basics course.
