WALK-IN FOR MBA FRESHERS (22nd July-30th July)
* He / She will be an important member of our Service Delivery Team responsible for IT Service delivery at our large customer sites.
* Attending the customer calls and queries, solving problems on primary level through telephone.
* Monitoring calls, assigning the calls to the respective customer support engineer
* Resolving the problem Remotely throughnet meeting and also telephonic support
* Preparing daily and monthly reports
* Follow up with vendors for pending calls and the spare parts required
* Manage the project schedule timing & resource allocation to ensure targets are met.
* The candidate must be B.E/B. Tech (Computers Sc, IT)/ B.Sc (IT)Graduate and MBA (IT& Operations)
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Customer service orientation
* Strong MS Office skills
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
