RECRUITMENT OF WELFARE OFFICER GRADE - III
BHEL, the Country's largest & premier Engineering Enterprise and one of the NAVRATNA PSU, provides world-class products in the energy related / infrastructure sectors, catering to the core sectors of India Economy viz. Power Generation & Transmission, Industry, Transportation. Renewable Energy, Defence etc. BHEL has a wide network of 15 manufacturing divisions, 4 power sector regional centers, 8 service centers, 15 regional offices, 4 overseas offices and a large number of Project Sites spread all over India and abroad.
BHEL, Jhansi, a major Manufacturing unit having a workforce of around 2000 employees is looking for Welfare Officer Gr.III.
POST & PAY SCALE : Welfare Officer Gr.III / Rs.12300 & 26000/-

Age Limit : 21 to 30 years as on 01.10.2010
Qualification:
(a) Thorough knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari Script;
(b) A graduate degree of University established by law;
(c) He possesses-
I. A degree from any University established by law in Social Sciences or Labour Welfare or Industrial Relations and Personnel Management;
II. A diploma in Social Sciences or Labour Welfare or Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from any University or Institutions specified in the Schedule or Two years experience of working in Labour Welfare of any factory.
