Website Designer / Web Developer
For Designers:
* Designing & Customizing Website Layouts & Flash Animations
* Designing Corporate Identities & Promotional Materials like Logos Brochures, Business Cards, Stationary, etc.
* Developing Static HTML website based on CSS / DIV
* Static Website Maintenance & Publishing Updates
* Design Flash Animated Banners & Intro Pages
* Ensure timely delivery of project, client coordination & Reporting
For Developers:
* Developing Dynamic Websites & Web Applications like Ecommerce website with payment gateway integration & Content Management System based websites
* Web Application & Database Administration & Maintenance
* Ensure timely delivery of project, client coordination & Reporting
* Candidates should have very strong verbal & written communication skill & interpretation ability. Candidate will be required to interact with clients in order to understand the client needs first hand and ensure 100% compliance with project documents & company policies.
* All designers are required to have full hands on experience on Photoshop, Corel Draw, Dream Weaver, Adobe / Micro Media Flash and also have very strong HTML, CSS and DIV (Table less HTML) development knowledge. Additional skills like Java / PHP script are mandatory.
* All developers are required to have very strong programming and debugging brains with database management skills. Web developers with strong knowledge of ecommerce website development and content management system will be give more priority in selection process. Web Developers with PHP / ASP.NET / Java skills are expected to have very strong MSSQL / MYSQL database administration and management experience and also very well know respective web servers like IIS, Apache & Tomcat. Developers are even expected to have server side debugging expertise to resolve any issues independently.
* Fresher candidates will be considered only on trainee basis for stipend payout. Jr. Designer / Developer position will be considered based on performance & subject to company policy compliance.
