Designation : System Engineer
o Level 1 resolution of Incidents and service calls.
o Routine operational activities.
o Follow up with third party service provider
• Job Qualifications:
o Only BSc/Diploma holders (2009/2010 pass-outs) with minimum 60% aggregate.
o Computing or similar subject related degree.
o Interpersonal sensitivity and customer responsiveness.
o Strong consulting skills.
o Flexibility and resourcefulness.
o Strong academic history.
o Awareness of basic computer hardware and software.
o Willing to work in 24 x 7 shifts.
o Good communication skills.
