Executive-Information Systems
Job Purpose: To ensure training and implementation of e commerce, to extend support for internal and external use of queries on e Commerce and e Freight and to troubleshoot on e Freight and e Commerce related issues.
1. To ensure smooth and effective functioning of the Web Server 365 days.
2. To ensure that customers and concerned internal users are thorough with the applications and functionalities of E Commerce after training is imparted and presentations are made to them.
3.To ensure that customers are able to use E commerce correctly and effectively in terms of:
a. Online Submission of Bookings and Shipping Instructions
b. Tracking
c. Reporting
4. To ensure that commitments on Service Level Agreements with customers are adhered and maintained.
5. To ensure that internal users meet Operational Level Agreements efficiently, this would ultimately result in adherence to SLAs.
6. To provide On job assistance and support to all the Super Implementers, internal and external users at each branch by efficiently and effectively handling their functional queries of E Commerce and E Freight.
Candidate should have Good Communication and Presentation Skills. Should be able to impart training.
A Diploma of NIIT \ Other IT Course will be an added advantage.
Should be able to prepare MIS Reports.
